Shared selectively with business leaders in the SaaS domain.

In a remote team spread across three US time zones, decisions took 𝟯𝟲–𝟰𝟬 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 to close. Not because they were complex. Because of how the teams communicated.

A 2 minute Loom was recorded. Shared on Slack. Replies came in as text. One person asked for a call. Two didn’t respond. 𝟯𝟲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿: 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗼 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Nothing broke. Every tool worked. That’s the problem.

Another team: A sales rep tried standard outreach. Choice was:

— A heavy recording
— Or WhatsApp

They went back to text. Again.

Here’s what most SaaS teams miss:

The issue is not communication. It’s 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆.

  • Text = fast, unclear
  • Video = clear, heavy

So teams keep switching. And decisions stall in between.

We mapped this for a SaaS company entering the US. Not “how to market a video tool.” But:

𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 → 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗺 → 𝗘𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀?

This is where most GTM fails:

Not product. Not effort. But where decisions actually happen.
